Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change. To respect our providers' time and other clients waiting for appointments, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or reschedules.

Cancellation Fees:

• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the service price.

• For variable-cost services (such as neurotoxins and fillers billed by unit), a $50 cancellation fee applies.

• No-shows will be charged the full appointment cost.

All cancellation fees are automatically charged to the card on file. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us serve all our clients effectively.
